Meet Mark
I’m Mark, the owner and head coach at MMFIT. I’ve spent over 14 years helping everyday people feel stronger, more confident, and comfortable in their own bodies.
These days, I’m also a dad to two young kids, one full of energy and one still in the baby stage, which has given me an even deeper appreciation for how important balance, patience, and realistic training really are.
My goal has always been to create a gym that feels welcoming and family-friendly, especially for people who feel intimidated by traditional gym environments. I believe fitness should fit around real life, not compete with it. That means balance over restriction, encouragement over pressure, and training that supports your overall wellbeing. When people feel supported and enjoy showing up, the results tend to follow.
